SaaS | Ecommerce | Product Strategy
I’m a product and technology leader with extensive experience turning complex ideas into products, businesses and operational improvements.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked across product management, software, UX, ecommerce, SaaS, operations, marketing, business development and technology. I’ve launched new products and markets, built product-development processes and teams, helped transform struggling businesses, and worked directly with executives, enterprise customers, engineers, designers and cross-functional teams.
Today, I lead product at Deck Commerce, an ecommerce order management SaaS company, where I work at the intersection of product strategy, technology, customer experience and execution.

MY APPROACH
Think like an executive. Execute like a frontline manager.
The best product leaders understand both the strategic destination and the messy reality of getting there.
I believe good product leadership connects four things:
Business strategy → Customer needs → Technology → Execution
When those four are aligned, teams can build products that aren't merely functional, but valuable.
