Product Development, UI Design, Website Redesign and Personalization UI Design

• Transformed outdated proprietary SpecCool macro scripts into fully documented .Net code and multi-device hardware for reading LAB color at various temperatures. Sourced and managed freelance software engineer for this mission-critical upgrade.

• Led Personalized Products e-Commerce development / ERP integration projects: Oversaw Lillian Vernon Website redesign in six weeks, plus QC scenarios. Migrated to MarketLive platform. Implemented Certona recommendation engine for AI upsell / cross-sell.  

• Led the U.S. relaunch of acquired $2 million You Frame UK canvas printing company, including Website and personalization workflow development, manufacturing ERP interfaces, pricing and inventory strategy.

• Led software team to design and launch HRIS desktop software, as well as eleven related software upgrades, plus applicant HR Assessments SAAS online product line.
  
  

• Worked with CCL Healthcare and Eli Lilly to create a color-changing medical device feature for CTI's BlindSpotz Warming Alert, which notifies patients that the device was warm enough to use.

Large Scale Projects

• Drove Western European Coca-Cola product development, qualification and commercialization: six months, seven countries, 15 converters, millions in revenue.

• ROIed, negotiated, purchased and developed HP Indigo 5500/7000 workcell, reducing lead time for print-to-pick from 15 days to 2 hours while maintaining 90%+ same-day order shipping. Also cut inventory by 40% in 18 months. Became one of highest utilization Indigo workcells in the world. 

• Directed system build, ERP integration and operation of outsourced manufacturing and FIFO-scan fulfillment of Shutterfly photo calendars: 120,000 shipped to high standards in five weeks.

• Started and personally operated a low-end disruptor brand called Employer Compliance Service – gained $2 million in market share and project won Taylor Corporation’s prestigious Pacesetter Award.

• Project management for Everglades Direct's acquisition, integration and operations transition of HRDirect, part of Taylor Corporation's $69 million acquisition of Executive Greetings.

System implementation

• Researched, sourced, negotiated and implemented a modern SAAS phone system for CTI. 

• Led data transfer, field mapping, rules and administration of Avidian Prophet CRM with execs and sales team.

• Led Axiom B2B database development and migration in cross-company project with other Taylor Corporation companies. Gave key input for database design, rules and data validation.
